Returns & Refund Policy

We are always happy to announce that having no refund request yet, is a strong evidence of, delivering our quality standard products following usage of only thick rigorous full grain leather with Life Time Warranty and dedicated services like customer care and support.

Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.

If you are not satisfied or do feel any glitch, return the product within 18 days after delivery in the same i.e. new condition/undamaged and you'll get a complete refund.
Please provide 10 days to process the refund and be sure to contact us first via customer care before returning the product_s.

The refund is not applicable on

  • Custom orders.

If the item-s received that is/are defective or damaged from our end will be replaced with the same item free of charge.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
