1. Can you send to my country, and what shipping method do you use?

We can ship to worldwide countries. Usually we ship via  DHL/FedEx/TNT.

2. Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we do customization to existing designs, including leather color changes, hardware color changes and Personalized engraving. You can add your customization in order notes or by contacting us via email care@leatherseine.com or the contact form below.

3. What kind of leather do you use?

We only use selected full grain leather combined with Italian brass hardware to make each bag as good as it is.

4. Is there any warranty for your products?

Yes there is a Life Time Warranty on each of our products.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes we do accepts returns (undamaged) within 18 days after delivering the product.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

For Standard shipping we deliver in 14 working days or earlier. For Urgent shipping we deliver in 4-5 working days.

6. Why was I contacted to verify my order?

LS Goods reserves the right to contact any customer regarding their order due to suspicion of fraud, in these circumstances we may ask you to help us verify your identity prior to processing or shipping your order.
